$100 for residences for sale up to 2,000 square feet
$125 for residences for sale 2,001-4,000 square feet
$150 for residences for sale 4,001-6,000 square feet
$175 for residences for sale 6,001-8,000 square feet

$200 for residences for sale over 8,000 square feet
$75 flat rate for Twilight photo shoot
